Join Our Childcare Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced childcare professional to join our team as a Childcare Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of Service in launching and developing our new service in Preston program.

About the Role

The Childcare Team Lead will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This includes:

  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in the program (programming).
  • Interacting with parents and helping them with enquiries wherever possible.
  • Engaging with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
  • Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education.
  • Loads of energy and a passion for kids.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Stable, permanent part-time hours - up to 25 per week.
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
