Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised care and support to our young people, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to develop and implement person-centred plans for each young person.

Requirements:

">
  • Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
