About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our residential childcare team as a Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to provide individualised support and guidance to young people in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing emotional and practical support to young people in a residential setting
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with young people, staff, and external agencies
  • Participating in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
