About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing person-centred care and support to women with complex needs.

As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting women with their individual needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

You will work closely with our team to provide a safe and nurturing environment, promoting structure, boundaries, and routine. Your role will involve facilitating activities, completing daily household tasks, and maintaining the wellbeing of our service users.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to provide a trauma-informed approach to care, promoting a calm and quiet environment. Experience in the care sector is desirable, but not essential as we will provide all necessary training.
