Childcare Services Coordinator

Therapeutic Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Worker to take on a Team Leader role within our residential childcare services.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent and a full UK driving licence.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, including implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and developing junior staff members.
We offer a competitive salary of £51,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) and a range of benefits, including sleep-in allowances and overtime payments.
