In this role, you will lead on the design and delivery of education and training across the region, with the overriding aim of reducing the risk of community tracheostomies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver education and training programs to patients, families, carers, community care providers, and acute clinicians
  • Support Tracheostomy Practitioners in undertaking clinical reviews and highlighting areas of clinical instability
  • Lead on the development of education resources and training pathways

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including access to a company car for work purposes.
