**Healthcare Education Coordinator**
We are seeking an experienced educator to coordinate our tracheostomy education program in Lancashire. As a Healthcare Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating education and training initiatives to ensure safe and effective care for patients with long-term tracheostomies.
The ideal candidate will have teaching and education experience, as well as knowledge of tracheostomy weaning methods and therapies. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop education resources and training pathways, as well as support clinical reviews and highlight areas for improvement.
This role offers a competitive salary of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
