At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Educational Healthcare Assistant at leading SEN schools in Lancashire.

The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and making a real difference in their lives.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized care and support to students with a range of additional needs, including physical, emotional, and learning challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other healthcare professionals to implement tailored educational and health care strategies.
  • Monitor progress and keep detailed records of students' care needs, ensuring clear communication with the wider team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A caring, patient, and compassionate individual with a genuine interest in supporting students with SEN.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or educational support role is desirable, but not essential.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, able to adapt to the unique needs of each student.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care or special educational needs (preferred but not required).
