Job Overview:

The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator will play a vital role in driving recruitment efforts across our programs, including Premier League Primary Stars, Alternative Education Provision, the Centre of Sporting Excellence, and USW programs.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee recruitment activities, collaborating with schools, colleges, and community groups to enhance engagement. Key responsibilities include planning recruitment events, developing a recruitment strategy, meeting organizational targets, and supporting recruitment advertising efforts with the marketing team.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £24,500.00 and £27,000.00 per year. Additional benefits include company pension and on-site parking.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working in person. The work location is based within our office premises.

How You Will Contribute:

You will be responsible for promoting participation in Community Engagement and Health & Wellbeing services, contributing to the charity's recruitment and financial targets and expanding our program reach within the community.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
