Job Overview:

  • Provide one-on-one care and support to our clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Assist new staff members in shadowing training and act as a mentor
  • Demonstrate good practice and standards of care and support
  • Help coordinators cover shifts when necessary
  • Have or be willing to obtain NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Act as an advocate for our clients and support the office team as needed

Salary:

$48,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
