The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering safe and compassionate care, with a focus on transitional care and special care settings. They will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and positive outcomes for our young patients and their families.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Main Responsibilities- Providing care for a cohort of patients under the delegation and supervision of the nurse in charge.
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes, as well as performing a range of clinical duties under the guidance and supervision of the team leader/nurse in charge.
- Supporting the productive operation of the ward environment by undertaking activities that contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- MATHS & English grade 4-9 or grade C or above OR Functional Skills Maths & English Level 2.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- ECDL or equivalent IT skills.
- Evidence of Higher Education.

- A salary of approximately £27,000 - £29,500 per annum.
