About the Role

We are seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to join our Bank team, working in our In-Patient Unit, Hospice at Home, and Fast Track services.

The post holder will provide palliative and supportive care to patients living with advancing illness, under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse. This may include lone working as a Night Sitter or delivering Day Respite Care in patients' homes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high standards of palliative and supportive care to patients, families, and loved ones.
  • Work across the In-Patient, Hospice at Home, Day, and Fast Track Services.
  • Undertake a range of care and support activities under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A 24-hour shift rota, including day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends, bank holidays.
