About the Position

Dovehaven Care Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at our specialist male-only unit in Preston. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our elderly residents and ensuring that care staff adhere to CQC guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of elderly care principles. You will be required to supervise and instruct less experienced staff, ensuring that they are able to provide exceptional care to our residents.
