Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take on the role of Clinical Director at Oakhill Veterinary Centre, Preston, Lancashire. As a Senior Veterinary Lead, you will be responsible for sharing leadership responsibilities and helping drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development and wellbeing.

About the Role

As Clinical Director, you will enjoy a mix of surgery, consultations, and in-patient care time with the opportunity for case continuity while building rapport with our lovely clients. You will also have line management responsibilities for our veterinary team, which presents an exciting and varied role.

Your Responsibilities

* Share responsibility for the overall leadership of the practice
* Help drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development and wellbeing
* Line management of our veterinary team
* Enjoy a mix of surgery, consultations, and in-patient care time
