Primary Care Leadership Role

Oakhill Veterinary Centre is a proud, independent practice since 1974, seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon for the role of Clinical Director, Small Animal. As a key figure, you will share responsibility for the overall leadership of the practice and help drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development and wellbeing.
Your role and responsibilities
As Clinical Director, you will be passionate about delivering the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients, and colleagues. You will be responsible for line management of our veterinary team and enjoy a mix of surgery, consultations, and in-patient care time with the opportunity for case continuity while building rapport with our lovely clients.
We are keen to support a culture of growth and excellence, especially if you are working towards or currently hold a certificate relevant to small animal primary care practice.
- Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience (£60,000 - £80,000)
