P4 Recruitment Ltd is delighted to announce the recruitment of a Deputy Manager to join their client's children's residential home. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role within a dynamic team of professionals.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home. You will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, other stakeholders, and external partners to promote the services provided by the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, including Ofsted.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
Our client offers a competitive salary package, including a salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme offering up to £5,000 per annum, a refer-a-friend scheme rewarding employees with £400 per referral, and a range of employee benefits.
