Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance department. The successful candidate will work closely with the head of operations to maximise production across the site while adhering to strict GMP and SOP guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and be able to effectively manage a team to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities include allocating maintenance tasks, performing emergency repairs, managing safe working practices, and training staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a degree in an engineering-related field and extensive experience in a maintenance management role. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of GMP and SOP guidelines are essential for this position.
