Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Culinary Team Leader to join our team at Social Pub And Kitchen - Stonegate Group. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a senior chef, with a strong background in culinary operations management. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  3. Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in kitchen operations management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
