About the Role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer in a Leadership Role at Advanced Resource Managers, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering engineering excellence. With a strong background in engineering discipline and leadership experience, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation and deliver engineering excellence across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to co-design and deliver product development solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to lead business change and drive results.
  • Liaise with international and UK partners to foster collaborative relationships.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to apply engineering judgement to solve complex problems.
  • Proven experience in an Engineering Discipline role, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience leading small teams and driving innovation.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle stages and development processes.
  • Familiarity with Flowmaster (Siemens) and Team Centre Unified software.
