About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Lead Mechanical Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing mechanical package delivery, ensuring technical governance and driving standardised solutions across the programme.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Strategy: Develop and implement a delivery strategy that aligns with framework standards.
  • Standardisation & Optimisation: Collaborate with the Mechanical Design Lead to develop repeatable solutions.
  • Survey & Implementation: Manage site surveys and ensure seamless handover to project engineering teams.
  • Procurement Excellence: Define procurement specifications for manufacturing, testing, delivery, and installation.
  • Supplier & Subcontractor Oversight: Manage subcontract frameworks and key suppliers to guarantee timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
