About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Lead Mechanical Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing mechanical package delivery, ensuring technical governance and driving standardised solutions across the programme.
Responsibilities:- Delivery Strategy: Develop and implement a delivery strategy that aligns with framework standards.
- Standardisation & Optimisation: Collaborate with the Mechanical Design Lead to develop repeatable solutions.
- Survey & Implementation: Manage site surveys and ensure seamless handover to project engineering teams.
- Procurement Excellence: Define procurement specifications for manufacturing, testing, delivery, and installation.
- Supplier & Subcontractor Oversight: Manage subcontract frameworks and key suppliers to guarantee timely delivery.
- A strong background in mechanical engineering.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
