Role Overview
Randstad Education is seeking an experienced professional to support the leadership of a thriving two form entry Primary school in central Preston. As Deputy Head, you will play a vital role in driving educational excellence and contributing to the strategic development of our school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Teacher in leading the school's senior leadership team
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to improve teaching and learning outcomes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior leader in education, preferably in a primary school setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
