We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team to provide administrative support to the INCS Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Main Duties:
  1. Day-to-Day Management: Provide day-to-day management of a team of support secretaries, ensuring the efficient channelling of communication between medical staff, GPs, patients, relatives, members of the public, and other disciplines within the Trust.
  2. Communication: Ensure the effective communication of information between teams, stakeholders, and external partners, using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Problem-Solving: Exercise initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, demonstrating a consistently high standard of professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be flexible in approach, able to work on their own initiative, and demonstrate a consistently high standard of professionalism, being aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity.
