Personal Care Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking two experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Assistants. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide support to a couple within their own home and within the local community, promoting independence and dignity through person-centred care.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting with aspects of personal care, moving and handling, domestic support, and other duties as required
- Building strong relationships with our clients, promoting independence and dignity through person-centred care
- Working independently and as part of a team, using initiative and problem-solving skills to manage daily tasks and activities
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.50 (rising to £12.00 after completion of a probationary period), as well as a range of benefits including 20 hours per week (Post 1) or 16 hours per week (Post 2), 6 weeks paid annual leave, and a workplace pension scheme.
