We are seeking a Personal Care Provider to join our team at Falcon-Care Preston, providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.
About the Role
- Deliver personalized care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide physical assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care needs, including toileting, mobility, and transfers.
- Provide medication support, ensuring that clients take their medications as prescribed.
- Prepare meals and assist with food preparation, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Engage in social activities with clients, reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
- A valid UK driving license and use of own vehicle (for some roles).
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Flexible and willing to cover nights and alternate weekends.
- Confident English speaker with excellent communication skills.
