About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Care Specialist to join our team at The Good Care Group Ltd.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality personal care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role:

  • Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling options available
  • Opportunity to work with a variety of clients across the UK
  • Ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Support Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Providing medication management and administration
  • Engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social events
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A driver's license is an advantage but not required
  • Flexibility to travel to different locations throughout the UK
