Senior Support Worker Position

BallyCara is seeking a skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team in Melbourne North Suburbs.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting independence, and improving their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in aged care or community services.
  • Relevant qualifications in leadership, management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Current driver's license, reliable vehicle, National Police Check, and relevant certifications.
