About the Role:
The Corporate Learning Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and assisting with the development and coordination of Career Pathways. You will also be required to provide administrative support to the Mentoring Scheme and advise on pairing. Additionally, you will assist the Senior Technical Competency Training Manager in analysing learning and development needs linked to the annual appraisal process. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the administration of learning and development solutions to support the company's people strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist and support the development and coordination of Career Pathways
- Assist and support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide administrative support to the Mentoring Scheme and advise on pairing
- Analyse learning and development needs linked to the annual appraisal process
- Extract, record, and present information from Personal Development Plans on capability & L&D needs
- Inputting of Training and Medical Records for the organisation and contractors where necessary
- General filing of training and development records

Requirements:
- CIPD L5 or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £44,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Hybrid working arrangement: 4 days a week from home and 1 day a week in the office in Calderbridge, Cumbria
