Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Vivify Venues in Cumbria.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all equipment is set up on time and undertaking light cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

The role involves unlocking gates and doors, conducting health and safety checks and reporting any hazards or faulty equipment. Full training is provided to equip the successful candidate with the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out the role.

Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional customer service to groups visiting our facilities.
  • To ensure all equipment is set up on time and to required standards.
  • To undertake light cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Requirements
  • To be organised, quick to act and flexible to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • To have excellent communication skills and be able to represent the company professionally.
  • To be interested in growing with the company and willing to participate in learning and development opportunities.
