We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at Agility Resoucing.
About the RoleThe Employee Experience Coordinator will be responsible for delivering a dedicated HR service to support the full employee life cycle.
This will include assisting in the implementation of management policy and providing reports on outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in Human Resources and a strong background in Employee Experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering a dedicated HR service to support the full employee life cycle.
- Assisting in the implementation of management policy.
- Providing reports on outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Additionally, we offer a cycle to work scheme and an immediate start date.
