Job Title: Service Delivery Manager for Employee Relations

Salary: £64,000 + depending on experience, including executive benefits.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational effectiveness by tracking progress against Employee Relations objectives, providing updates to senior leaders, and using data-driven insights to highlight issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior Employee Relations leaders to gather feedback on service improvement opportunities and support demand and resource planning.
  • Analyse data to generate actionable insights and recommendations, fulfilling reporting requirements on Employee Relations Centre of Excellence activities.
  • Work with employee voice channels to gather both quantitative and qualitative feedback on Employee Relations services and the labour relations landscape across the organisation.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan to strengthen the profile of the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence.
  • Manage operational planning and budget for the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence, ensuring alignment with approved headcount and financial goals.
  • Coordinate key Employee Relations Centre of Excellence-wide activities, such as talent reviews and stakeholder meetings.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of project management, including planning and execution.
  • Proven understanding/experience in Employee Relations.
  • Ability to gather, manage, analyse, and report on qualitative data.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across various levels.
