Job Title: Digital Transformation Manager - IT Service Delivery

About the Role:

Preston-based multinational aerospace, defence and information security company seeks an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead its IT service delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive IT service management strategy aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an IT service management strategy that supports business growth and digital transformation
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient incident and problem resolution, high service availability, and user satisfaction
  • Select, implement, and manage IT service management tools to optimise processes and workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the maturity and effectiveness of service management practices
  • Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in IT service management, ideally with a recognised certification (ITIL, ITSM, SIAM)
  2. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in IT service management
  3. Leadership: Building and motivating a high-performing service management team
  4. Deep understanding of frameworks like ITIL and ITSM best practices
  5. IT and business stakeholders engagement and management

What We Offer:

An attractive salary range of £75,000-£85,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits package.
