Estimated Salary: £57,000 - £61,000 per annum

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Service Delivery Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering IT services to our clients, including installation of new solutions and resolution of technical issues.
This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including Windows OS, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver IT services to clients, including installation of new solutions and resolution of technical issues
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to deliver projects and solutions
- Travel to customer sites to carry out site surveys and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a technical delivery role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills, including Windows OS, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure
- Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment
