We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Adult Care Delivery Experts at Masterstaff Healthcare.
About the JobIn this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to adults, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support, promoting independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in delivering care and support to adults.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An attractive estimated salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care and support.
