About the Position

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a skilled and caring Support Worker for Adults to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support adults living with complex care needs, promoting their choice, dignity, and independence in a fun and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for assisting individuals with their personal care, meal times, and social activities, as well as completing and maintaining accurate care records.

  • Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
