Job Description

We are seeking a Support Worker for Young Adults to join our team at Your Life Your Way. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to enable the individual to live a fulfilling life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and assisting with daily tasks
  • Supporting the individual to access local community resources and promoting social interaction
  • Assisting with mealtime routines and ensuring dignity is maintained

This is a part-time position, working mixed shifts including nights and afternoons. The salary is £8.88 per hour after training is completed.
