We are looking for a highly skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our Adult Mental Health Social Care Team in Central Lancashire. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting complex assessments, commissioning care, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve best outcomes for adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in social work, preferably in adult mental health services, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also assist the Team Manager with complaint handling, supervision, and professional development.

We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £38,223 - £43,421 per annum, up to 32 days annual leave, and 8 bank holidays, as well as flexible working opportunities and a generous Local Government Pension Scheme with employer contribution.
