**Senior Mental Health Practitioner Position**
Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is currently recruiting a dedicated Senior Mental Health Practitioner (RMN, OT, SW) to join our team.
The successful candidate will have HCPC registration and experience in managing caseloads using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning.
Responsibilities:
- To provide assessment and therapy services to children and young people with mental health problems.
- To work closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure effective communication and comprehensive care plans.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- To exercise autonomous professional responsibility for the assessment, treatment, and discharge of children, young people, and their families/carers.
Salary and Benefits:
