Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate mental health specialist to join our Adult Services team in Lancashire.

The ideal candidate will have empathy and drive, finding creative ways to support individuals to achieve their goals and live independently in their chosen home.

This is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week) with opportunities for flexible working and development. The successful candidate will be registered with the Social Work England register or have applied to register.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of need, risk, and capacity
  • Sources and commissions care services
  • Undertakes duty tasks and supports discharge planning
  • Collaborates with the wider multi-disciplinary team

About the Role

This fast-paced role involves working with adults who require statutory interventions due to mental health difficulties.
