Role Description
The Social Work Professional will play a vital role in our Family Violence program, supporting Aboriginal children and families affected by violence. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified social worker to utilize their expertise in developing and implementing strategies to promote safety, stability, and well-being for families.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of children under VACCA's care
- Liaising with key partners and stakeholders to provide an integrated response
- Creating a culturally connected and nurturing environment for families
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with Aboriginal communities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Salary and Benefits
This is an attractive opportunity for a motivated social worker with a competitive salary of $130,780.13 - $134,593.19 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.
