Salary:

The salary for this role is up to £34,394 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This challenging yet rewarding position involves providing support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks and navigating complex care systems.

You will collaborate with internal and external professionals, community services, carers, and service users to develop and implement personalized plans that meet their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE) or active application process
  • Valid business insurance and access to a vehicle for work-related duties (or exemption due to disability)
