Support Worker Opportunity
Are you a caring and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others? Disability Equality (NW) Ltd is looking for someone to support a young man in the Tarleton area. The role involves providing companionship, facilitating access to community activities, and sharing interests in woodwork, photography, and baking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Facilitating social/leisure activities in the community.
  • Sharing hobbies and interests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be trustworthy and reliable, and possess a calm and positive attitude. A driver with a full clean license is required, and an enhanced DBS check will be undertaken. This part-time position offers 6 hours of work per week initially, with an hourly rate of £11.44, plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and a workplace pension scheme.
