Adult Disability Support Specialist

Veritas Education is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Preston.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting adults with physical disabilities, promoting their safety and well-being on a daily basis. As a Residential Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
This is a full-time position, offering competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth and development.
The successful candidate will have:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of adults with physical disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competitive salary: £14 per hour. Long-term role with opportunities for part-time work. In-house training available. Enhanced DBS Disclosure required. Legal right to work in the UK essential.
