We are looking for Casual Community Support Workers to join our Preston Domiciliary Service team, providing vital support to individuals with disabilities in their homes.

Salary: £23,152 per annum (£12.45 an hour) plus allowances

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care, household chores, finances, medication, and other daily needs for service users
  • Support individuals into the community to participate in activities, promoting independence and social interaction
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure seamless support for service users

Requirements:

  • Empathetic and understanding nature, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
