Care Worker for Adults and Children

We are recruiting for a Support Worker to provide care and support to adults and children with learning disabilities and autism diagnoses in a residential home setting. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, compassionate, and able to build strong relationships with service users.
Job DescriptionYou will work as part of a close-knit team, providing person-centred support and care to service users. This will include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and participating in activities that promote independence and well-being.
Requirements- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Up-to-date DBS (Transferable).
- Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities and autism diagnoses is desirable but not essential.
- A competitive salary range of £12,830 - £14,000 per annum.
