Support Worker in Learning Disability Services

We are seeking a motivated Support Worker to join our team in supporting a young woman with learning disabilities to live independently in her own home and engage with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to promote maximum independence and social skills
  • Enable opportunities for community engagement and development of activities
  • Assist with personal care needs and contribute to regular health care assessments
  • Promote positive practice of Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Mental Capacity within the workplace

Salary: £62 per hour
