Job Title: Disability Services Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting a Permanent Team Manager for Preston & South Ribble Disability Day Services.

The work base will be determined, but there will be a requirement to work across both services.

About You

You will possess strong positive values and principles in your approach to working with people with a learning disability and have passion and enthusiasm for making a difference and developing the service.

  • Motivating, leading, and working directly alongside staff teams to ensure effective support to individuals and their families/carers.
  • Working as part of a dedicated and skilled management team to provide opportunities and support for adults with learning disabilities.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £31,067 - £35,235 per annum.
