Night Support Worker for Young Adults

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Semester. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults aged 16+ with a wide range of support needs.
Salary: £12 per hour
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young residents, promoting their independence and empowering them to make positive choices for their future. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and guiding young people to develop life skills, such as meal preparation, house cleaning, and financial planning.
- Promoting education, training, or employment opportunities.
- Developing emergency procedures and ensuring the well-being of young people at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with young people in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
