Job Title: Night Support Worker for Young Adults

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Semester. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults aged 16+ with a wide range of support needs.

Salary: £12 per hour

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young residents, promoting their independence and empowering them to make positive choices for their future. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and guiding young people to develop life skills, such as meal preparation, house cleaning, and financial planning.
  • Promoting education, training, or employment opportunities.
  • Developing emergency procedures and ensuring the well-being of young people at all times.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with young people in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
