Job Description

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in our care, helping them to develop new skills, build relationships, and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting young people with morning routines and daily activities
  • Helping them continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships
  • Providing guidance and support to help them reach their potential
