Position Summary

Semester seeks an experienced Youth Care Specialist to fill a Night Support Worker position in our leaving care service. This role involves working with young people to promote their education, training, and employment goals, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support services to young people, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement programs that promote education, training, and employment opportunities.
  • Establish strong relationships with young people, building trust and rapport to facilitate effective support.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of young people's progress and support plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
