Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Milbanke Residential Care Home in Kirkham. This role is not open to international sponsorship, and we require applicants who have the right values, attitude, and behaviours to provide high-quality care to older adults.

About the Role

This permanent, part-time position involves working 28 hours per week, with varying shifts across two weeks. You will be responsible for providing person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. If you have a passion for supporting older people to live their lives their way, we encourage you to apply.
